Dear Colleagues,
This is a friendly reminder to join us for Workday training sessions, starting on April 5th. We encourage everyone to attend at least one virtual training session as these sessions cover the basic Workday functionality all campus users need to understand as we move past paper at NEIU!
Training details including the training schedule, topics covered in each session, and the Zoom link can be accessed at: https://workday.neiu.edu/.
A few important things to note about the virtual training:
1. Schedule and Topics:
- We are covering the same topics on each day of the virtual training. Good news is, if you attend the entire session on Day 1, you do not need to attend other days unless you want to.
- If you miss any topic on Day 1, kindly note it will be repeated on Days 2 and 3.
2. Zoom Links:
- The Zoom link for each session is provided on the Workday website under virtual training sessions.
- No prior registration is required.
- Simply sign in by clicking on the Zoom link for the session you would like to join.
3. Secure your Time:
- We recommend you block your calendar for the session(s) you would like to attend to ensure your availability does not change.
We are excited for you to finally see and begin working in the Workday system. We look forward to seeing you and engaging with you over the next several weeks to support a successful implementation!
