Use this page to access all Workday Financial training information. in addition, on this page, you will find all Workday Financial training materials when they become available. 

About Workday Financial Training

The Workday Financials Project team is committed to providing all employees impacted by the Workday Financial transformation with the skills and knowledge of the Workday Financial system that employees need to perform their jobs effectively.

Workday Financial Training Overview

Role-Specific Training

  • Employees will only be required to complete the training that supports their daily activities.
  • Every employee impacted by the Workday Financial transformation will be trained for every security role assigned to them. Employees may be assigned multiple roles.

Mandatory

Training completion will be required to receive access to Workday Financial functionality. 

Automated

  • Training courses and course materials will be assigned to you in the D2L Learning Management System (LMS). 

  • You will receive a message when training becomes available to you. Also, you will receive periodic reminders to complete the assigned training. 

Continued Support

Support materials, such as instructional manuals and videos, will be available to you on the Training webpage. Please note, however, that you will need to complete all training assigned to you in the LMS (not on the Training webpage) to get access to Workday Financial. 

When Will Workday Financial Training Occur?

Currently, Workday Financial training is scheduled to run from early May until mid-July 2026.
