  • Create a requisition
  • Perform a budget check

  • Create a supplier invoice request
  • View the Budget-to-Actual Report and more...

We will also offer a breakout session to help you explore this functionality further and get your questions answered. You may attend all demonstrations.

About Customer Confirmation Sessions

Held in September 2025, Customer Confirmation Sessions (CCS) were the first opportunity for the guests to receive a demo of the Workday Financials modules. The project team has actively contributed to design decisions and validated key business processes. In these sessions, guests received a preview of the system’s features to ensure it aligns with the University's needs.
