NEIU And Alchemy Teams Are Testing Workday In Preparation For the User Readiness Review (URR)
The NEIU project team is partnering with Alchemy, our Workday implementation partner, to conduct comprehensive testing of the Workday system. This rigorous testing effort ensures the system functions as designed and aligns with the University’s business processes and operational needs.
Testing is in progress to ensure Workday is ready for the User Readiness Review that starts in April 2026.

Workday Financial Trainer and Area Expert Orientation
On May 19, Workday Financial Trainers and Area Experts completed a comprehensive Workday Financial Train-the-Trainer program.
Workday Financial Trainers and Area Experts received hands-on training on the Workday Financial Budget Management and Procure-2-Pay functionality and business processes. They also learned about training best practices. Over the next few weeks, Trainers and Area Experts will facilitate Workday Financial training in their departments and answer employees' questions about the Workday Financial training program.
